For all other jobs this avoids the risk of contents not fitting in the truck or being charged additional fees on the day for additional items. There is a notes section at the bottom of this template to include any notes you would like to come back to me.
I cannot express more how important it is to fill this in correctly - it saves any disappointments for both you and us on the day.

Large pot plants will incur a fee of $5 each. This means an hourly rate quote; it will be charged in addition, and fixed rate quotes will already be included in the figure supplied.

In light of the number of unfortunate experiences some individuals have recently encountered within the removalist industry we would like to share some help hints when selecting a removalist. 

While we encourage you to obtain multiple quotes, we would like to highlight a few important considerations to keep in mind when selecting a removalist company:
1. Cheaper doesnt always mean better - If a company asks to review competitors’ quotes before providing their own in order to secure your business, it is reasonable to question why they are able to or need to offer such a significantly lower price.
2. You are entitled to request and review proof of insurance coverage.
3. Be sure to carefully review the terms and conditions before proceeding.
4. Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions agreed upon when accepting a quote, please be mindful not to pay more than the required deposit until the job has been completed.
5. Conduct thorough research on the company and carefully review customer feedback and testimonials before making your decision. 
6. Consider obtaining separate 3rd party insurance coverage for the day of your move to ensure peace of mind. Sometimes your home and contents insurances covers this too.
