For Local jobs this allows us to recommend how many men are needed and what size truck will be suited.
For all other jobs this avoids the risk of contents not fitting in the truck or being charged additional fees on the day for additional items. There is room for notes on page 2 of this template to include any notes you would like to come back to me.
I cannot express more how important it is to fill this in correctly - it saves any disappointments for both you and us on the day.
